Surf Coast Advisory exists to help local business owners make better decisions and build stronger businesses.

It was created around a simple idea, that many good businesses could benefit from clear thinking, a practical structure and honest support from someone who understands both the numbers and the pressure that comes with running a business.

Adam Lane leads Surf Coast Advisory. His background spans banking, finance and senior operating roles, including seven years helping lead and grow a medium-sized global business. That experience brings strong commercial judgement, but just as importantly, a real appreciation for how difficult it can be to run a business when the decisions, the risk and the responsibility ultimately sit with you.

Surf Coast Advisory works with business owners who want clarity. Sometimes that means stepping back and making sense of what is really going on in the business. Sometimes it means building a practical plan for growth. Sometimes it means helping bring structure to areas like pricing, cash flow, systems, people or day-to-day operations. And sometimes it means rolling up sleeves and helping move priorities into action.
